If we don’t develop, we shrink, and as with our kids’s natural curiosity, we should struggle to maintain this exact same behavior alive in ourselves. In our hyper-competitive workforce, those who don’t adapt or learn a brand new skill are branded as “antiquated” and discarded for not figuring out or being keen to study sufficient to keep their expertise related. Stay related. Be keen and open to studying new things. Invest in your intellect.
